How to activate Netflix on your Mac? You’ve probably heard that you can sign up for a free Netflix account if you have an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch, but did you know you can activate it for free as well? When you sign up for a Netflix account, one of the first things you’ll notice is that you’re asked to log in with a valid email address. It will make no sense to enter this information if you don’t have one. So how to activate Netflix for your Mac?
Enter Netflix Activation Code.
To enter the Netflix activation code on your Apple device, first, you need to turn on your device. Depending on the model and version of your device, this step may vary slightly. Once your device has been turned on, connect it to the internet with a cable (a USB cable works best). If your device doesn’t already have a wireless network set up, skip to the next section to follow your device into the next step.
After your computer and device are connected to the internet, you may proceed to the Netflix website to log in. When prompted, choose the authenticated user’ option to access the Netflix app. The next screen you’ll see is your home screen and the login information for your account. This process is similar to youtube.com/activate. Click the button called “Sign in Here” and follow the simple instructions. You’ll be asked to enter your current password.
Sign-in Process.
Now that you’ve successfully logged in to the Netflix application, you’ll notice two things: the sign-in process and your television screen. You’ll now see your account information, your identification number or your username, and your viewing history on the home screen. The process for activation will vary depending on your specific device. For example, if you use a smartphone or tablet, follow the onscreen prompts to complete the sign-in process. You’ll be prompted by the system whether to use a different password or not.
If you’re using a laptop or desktop, go to your Netflix application and follow the same steps as above. If you’re using an iPhone, you’ll need to go to the Netflix application and click on the “Activate Netflix” button. When prompted, enter your account information. You’ll then be prompted to enter a new password for your account. This process will vary between devices, so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t work the first time you activate Netflix.
Activation.
After you complete the sign-in process, you can then activate your account by clicking on the “activated” checkbox located in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. When you have finished activating your account, you’ll notice that the Netflix logo will flash on the screen, again this is somthing you have already done while activating disneyplus.com/begin. You can then browse through movies by genre and category from your selection that was displayed during the sign-in process.
If you don’t see the “activated” icon after doing this step, there are a few other things that you may need to do. Either way, if you haven’t received the activation code by mail, don’t worry. It should arrive in a short while, and you can use it to enjoy your movies straight from Netflix instantly. However, if you did receive the activation code by mail, proceed to the Movies section and look for the code.
When you visit the main section where you manage your subscriptions, you’ll see a link to “activate my account.” Clicking on this link will automatically reactivate your current subscription. Suppose you’ve already attempted to reactivate your account but were unable to. In that case, it’s likely that you either didn’t enter the correct information, had problems with your credit card, or the subscription has already expired.
